The Project Design phase involves transforming collected requirements into a comprehensive plan. Project Excecution

During the Project Execution phase, we bring the design to life. Leveraging Matterport’s advanced scanning capabilities, we conduct thorough site scans and create digital models that are accurate and detailed. Our team works efficiently to ensure that all project milestones are met on time and within budget. This phase is characterised by close coordination among team members and continuous monitoring to ensure the project stays on track.

Quality & Assurance

Quality & Assurance is a critical phase where we rigorously check and validate every aspect of the project. Using Matterport’s precise data, we conduct comprehensive quality assessments to ensure that all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy and reliability. This phase involves detailed inspections and testing to verify that the project outcomes align with the predefined objectives and quality benchmarks.

Delivery & Support

In the Delivery & Post Project Support phase, we ensure that the final deliverables are handed over to the client with all necessary documentation and training. We provide detailed reports and access to Matterport’s interactive 3D models, ensuring that clients can easily navigate and utilize the project outputs. Additionally, we offer ongoing support to address any post-delivery issues and to assist with future needs, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success for our clients.

Virtual Staging - Virtual staging enhances real estate marketing by digitally furnishing and decorating spaces, helping prospective tenants visualise potential configurations and uses. Benefits include showcasing a property's potential, cost-effectiveness compared to physical staging, and quicker market readiness.

* Data technician travel is included up to 200 km from our base in Stawell, Victoria to your project site.   Additional travel kilometres are charged at $0.80 per kilometre and are negotiated before project commissioning.
